Atlantis Apartments is Atlantis Community Housing’s largest community: 144 homes in Denver’s Baker neighborhood, built in two phases. Atlantis I opened with 60 homes, and Atlantis II added 84. The community is home to people with physical and intellectual disabilities alongside other neighbors who need an affordable place to live.

Atlantis Apartments set the pattern for what Atlantis Community Housing builds: accessible homes in a walkable part of the city, with people with and without disabilities living in the same building rather than in separate systems. The community was designed by Ratio Architecture, and Silva Management Partners handles day-to-day management.
