Henninger Legacy Homes

Henninger Legacy Homes brings 60 deeply affordable, supportive homes to Denver’s Baker neighborhood. Every home is designed for physical and cognitive accessibility, and ten are set aside for veterans with disabilities. Residents will have services on site through ServiceSource, so the support someone needs is in the building rather than across town.

Henninger is Atlantis Community Housing’s newest Low-Income Housing Tax Credit community, developed with Medici Communities and designed by Shopworks Architecture using trauma-informed and universal design. Atlantis will move its own offices into the building, putting our staff in the same place as the residents we work for. Henninger is scheduled to open in 2026.
